Orders are processed within 3 business days after full payment is confirmed.

Shipping Options:

• 📬 Registered Mail – Delivery within up to 14 business days
• 🚚 Home Courier – Delivery within up to 7 business days (excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays)
• 🏪 In-store pickup – Not available at this time

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the selected method and destination.

Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services (postal or courier), force majeure events, or coordination delays on the customer's side.

❌ Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 14 days from the date of purchase, as long as the order does not include a customized product.

❗ Exceptions:
Customized products (such as mini shin guards with a name, number, or personal image) cannot be canceled after the order has been placed, unless a defect is found in the product.
